The primary goal of the DBE program, is to level the playing field, by providing small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, a fair opportunity to compete for federally funded transportation contracts.
Our Mission
To create an opportunity for DBE qualified business owners in the trucking industry, to pool resources and equally participate in federally funded transportation contracts.
To provide a direct channel to companies, by providing them with qualified, screened, vetted and verified DBE certified, service providers in the trucking, roads and highway construction industry.
